Terms and Conditions of the FREE Website

1. The domain has to be provided by the website owner.
a. If it is a .ky domain the owner can request ClickCayman.ky to reserve it for them.
b. If it is a .com the owner will have to change the nameservers of the domain to point to ClickCayman.ky's dedicated servers.

2. The domain owner will have to pay the hosting of the website on a yearly basis at CI$ 15 /month or CI$ 180 per yer. This is payable in advance.

3. All websites participating in the FREE websites program of ClickCayman.ky will have to be hosted on our servers.

4. The owner will have to choose from the free templates provided
a. The owner of the website can also opt to request for an original one page template, which can be designed according to their requirements at a cost of CI$1200.00
b. Owners of websites that have requested for unique template designs have the right to place their website designs on advertising materials or any publicity material at their discretion

5. The owner will also have to provide all the materials (content, graphics, photos) before the project begins.
a. All content can only be in one email and not a series of emails. This will get confusing for us.
b. Please make sure the homepage content is in word format. The photos and graphics in .jpg format.
c. The photos have to be a minimum of 1200 x 800 pixels
d. The graphics / logo has to be in high resolution or in vector format
e. The owner can also request for ClickCayman.ky to render their Company Logo at a cost of CI$500.00

6. The owner allows ClickCayman.ky and its affiliates to place content banners on the Website
a. The participants of this FREE website project understands that they cannot choose what banners are to be placed on their website
b. The owners of the website can opt out of the Advertising program by paying ClickCayman.ky the development fee of CI$800.00
c. The participants of the FREE website program understand that they must have the permission of ClickCayman.ky, its affiliates and staff, whenever they are going to use the website content, in full or in part in any advertising or promotional material. Without the permission of ClickCayman.ky, its affiliate or staff, the domain owner can be charged a fee of up to CI$ 2,000.00 for failing to disregard this condition.

7. The website hosting is renewable yearly (every 12 months) and the banner advertising should be allowed to run its full course even if the owner of the website terminates the hosting contract before the 12 months is up
a. There is a hosting transfer fee of CI$250 should the owner of the domain decide to remove their domain from hosting with ClickCayman.ky. The transfer fee is payable upon submission of request to terminate the service.

8. The owner understands that the advertising on the website is to pay for cost associated with the development.
a. If and when the owner of the domain is able to bring in advertising for their website, there will be a commission-based payment for their role depending on the volume and length of contract. Please request for this commission scheme.
